General terms of sale
Beautec professional services are provided under the engagement-specific terms and the applicable general terms.
Covered services
The general terms cover, among other things, IT services, Web or IT consulting, integrations, maintenance, support and, depending on the engagement, related services.
Language
The French version of the general terms is the reference version. When a mandatory rule under the Charter of the French language applies, Beautec provides the French version as required by law before another language may be chosen where such choice is permitted.
OnClock
OnClock is excluded from Beautec's professional-services general terms and remains governed by its own terms of use, privacy policies and applicable contractual documents.
