A company needed to create work orders directly in the field, including while working on roads and in areas where an Internet connection could be unavailable.
Beautec helped implement a solution that allows work orders to be created offline on a tablet. Once connectivity is restored, the work orders can be sent by email as part of the company’s workflow.

Following the acquisition of a business, the new owner needed to take over an IT environment already used in day-to-day operations.
Beautec supported the transition between seller and buyer to help hand over the existing technology environment while maintaining continuity of day-to-day operations.

An established automotive garage needed ongoing support to manage its computers, network and software as part of its daily operations.
Beautec supports the business with its network, computers and software, as well as selected customer-facing graphic needs, including QR codes.

A client was experiencing problems with an older software application whose original developers had unfortunately passed away, making support and fixes particularly difficult to obtain.
After research and several rounds of testing, Beautec identified a working solution. A backup system was also recommended to help preserve continuity of the software going forward.

OnClock is a Web solution developed by Beautec for roleplay servers. The product includes lightweight CAD/MDT, on-duty attendance tracking and Discord integration.
